Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://aixm.kpgeo.pl website (the "Service") operated by KPGeo ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access and use of this website means your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Copyright and Content Ownership
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
Your data uploaded using the website are temporarily stored on our server for a duration of up to 24 hours. Output data treated as effects of work of the tools of this website will be stored on our server to the moment when you will delete it, or your account will be deleted.
Usage Conditions
Some tools available on this webpage require the entry of data which may contain personal or sensitive information.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to send, upload or otherwise communicate any data communicated to KPGeo and that you consent and acknowledge that KPGeo is not responsible for any data it may receive.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

KPGeo will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

- For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
These limitations of liability apply even if KPGeo has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
